Individual Counseling
Initial Consultation
60-75 minutes
We will discuss the aspects of your lifestyle that contribute to your overall health including your medical history, nutritional history, and your previous and current relationship with food, movement, and your body. We'll review your current health and lifestyle concerns and together start developing a plan to help you achieve your goals.
Follow-up Session
45 minutes
To provide you with overall support on your goals, we will track your progress, identify and address challenges, and examine nutrition and exercise related thoughts that may be affecting your health and well-being. Because everyone's needs are unique, frequency of sessions varies from person to person. We will typically discuss frequency of visits during our initial session.

Transforming Through Recovery
Trauma-Sensitive Movement & Body Awareness in Eating Disorder Recovery
This 3 hour workshop will help individuals in eating disorder recovery explore how to use gentle movement, breath work, and awareness as tools in recovery. Trauma and eating disorders often change the relationship one has with their body. Our goal with this workshop is to help you learn the building blocks of transformation and redefining your relationship to your body.
It will include discussion, reflection, and yoga practices but no yoga experience is required.
